Can I get four Reels from one video, like a podcast?
Yes. Pick Surge and send the one recording, and you get four Reels from it for S$449. Riot gets you eight, from one recording or up to four.
If you know the moments you want, add their timestamps when you upload and the editor starts there.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
When you have paid, uploaded your video and it has passed the quality checks. Your exact delivery time arrives on WhatsApp, so you always know the deadline. It runs on calendar hours, weekends included.
What if my video is not suitable?
You hear why straight away and choose: send a different recording, or get a full refund. You never pay for a video that cannot be used.
Are revisions included?
Creative revisions are extra, which keeps the price fixed and delivery fast. If you want a different moment, hook or caption style after delivery, it is S$49 for one Reel or S$149 for up to four. If you already know you will want options, add the revision pass at checkout for S$99.
