The service

ReachRiot is a Chowder Media service. You send us existing recordings and we deliver short vertical Reels made from them, in the quantity of the pack you bought. We do not film, post to your accounts, or provide strategy, music licensing or custom animation.

Your footage

You confirm you own your footage or have permission to use it, including the people, voices, music and logos in it. Your files are private, used only to make your Reels, and deleted 30 days after delivery or sooner on request. We do not use your videos in our marketing without your written permission.

Payment

Packs and add-ons are one-time payments in Singapore dollars, taken by Stripe before work starts. See the refund policy for the delivery guarantee.
