The 48-hour guarantee

The 48-hour clock starts when you have paid, your video is uploaded, and it has passed our eligibility checks. We send you the exact deadline on WhatsApp. If we have not delivered every guaranteed Reel by that deadline, we refund the whole order to your original payment method. No credits and no claim forms.

Unsuitable footage

If your video does not meet the published requirements, we tell you why and you choose: send a different recording, or receive a full refund.

Our mistakes

Errors against our published specification, such as wrong captions, a broken file, a missing Reel or the wrong logo, are corrected free of charge.

Creative changes

Creative revisions are not included in any pack. They are optional paid add-ons after delivery and do not change the original guarantee.

What we do not guarantee

We guarantee the Reels and the deadline. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, leads or sales.
